As of early 2003, the Consumer Protection Committee of the Hawaii State Bar and the Unbundling of Legal Services Committee chaired by the Hon. Rhonda Nishimura were examining the issue of unbundling. Their goal is to develop a definition of the practice of law for consideration by the Bar that takes unbundling into account.
