A subcommittee of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Steering Committee on Unrepresented Litigants began exploring the issue of unbundled legal services in April, 2002. The subcommittee is hoping to make changes in the ethical rules and court rules to clarify whether and to what extent unbundling is permitted.
