Minnesota
- As of October 2003, the Minnesota State Bar Association's Pro Se Implementation Committee is investigating whether Minnesota's ethics and court rules should be changed to better facilitate unbundled services. The Pro Se Implementation Committee's Annual Report can be found here.
- The Task Force on ABA Model Rules has been established to examine Ethics 2000 rules and recommend changes to Minnesota rules. This task force has not specifically been addressing "unbundled" legal services, although it will be recommending adoption of Rule 1.2(c) scope of representation and new rule 6.5.
