Amended on January 30, 2001, the New Mexico Supreme Court modified the Official Rules of Professional Conduct and the Official Comments (Rules 16-102 and 16-303) to clarify "limited representation" provisions. The comments highlight how the New Mexico rule differs from the ABA Model Rule.
