In July, 2003, the Utah State Bar's Commission Task Force on the Delivery of Legal Services released a report which recommended that the Rules of Professional Conduct and other court rules remove obstacles for lawyers wishing to provide unbundled legal services or limited representation. The report also suggested that the Utah State Bar should raise awareness among lawyers concerning the methods of responsibly providing unbundled or limited legal services.

An attorney may provide limited representation to a party engaged in a divorce. Per previous note. Also see recent Utah entry in Ethical Opinion Survey.
