| An attorney may provide limited
representation to a party engaged in a divorce. However, this must be
limited to advising the party and assisting with pleadings. The attorney
should not so limit the representation without first fully informing the
party of the proposed limitation and obtaining the party's informed
consent, and providing advice about the relevant law. Utah State Bar
