As a public service, Practising Law Institute (PLI) has sponsored a series of free three hour webcast trainings on limited scope representation:

Using Limited Scope Representation to Protect Homeowner’s Rights
Limited Scope Representation for Legal Services

All four programs are free, and lawyers in California and New York can obtain continuing education credit.
